Radiator hose correct?
Please have a look at the photo. This goat has manual steering, but to me the hose is wrong and the should be wrapping around to the outside of the alternator. Or is that only the case if you have power steering?

It appears the bracket is incorrect...that does make sense,

That isn't what he said. The OEM bracket is crazy long. Doesn't matter how many
times I see it, that's always what I think. But it is how they were built. |

Yes, long alternator brace.

Actually I did mean that the arm is much longer than what I have on my '67 GTO's, but they both have power steering. The pictured non-PS bracket places the alternator about half a width past the centerline of the valve cover and mine are half a width towards the centerline of the engine. Didn't know the brackets changed along with the options. I was thinking the long bracket was probably for a later engine. That would explain why there are two different top hoses available.
Here's three shots that I could find showing the stock bracket with PS.

Bracket
Not sure about the length of the bracket but I did learn manual steering only has one bracket, power steering has two brackets.
(picture is example with two brackets) |

BRACE
All 64-67 use the long alternator support “Brace” for manual steering.
These are black painted steel. On all power steering cars (64-67) there are two shorter “Braces” for support and adjustment. The alternator “Bracket” is what bolts to the LH cylinder head to support the weight of the alternator. These are cast or aluminum. CT.

Interesting. I was not aware that there was a difference between power and manual steering. Apparently I've had the wrong upper hose on my manual steering 66 GTO for 30+ years!
