Default 70 Bermuda Blue Judge on eBay

Pretty uniquely ordered car for a RamAir 3 Automatic
3.90/4.33 Axle with Auto on the Column and Bench Seat

eBay Link
https://www.ebay.com/itm/1970-Pontia....c100009.m1982

I think have only seen one other Ram3 Judge Automatic i can recall with Special Order 3.90/4.33 gears.
Or it may have been this same car with a previous owner.
The previous files i have on one will not open.

Car appears to have been rock solid and sheltered from the elements most of its life.
Not a real bad asking price at $45.5k if enough things checked out.
No mention of present axle/ratio/posi status

Needs some "sorting out" type stuff
Stripes are wrong color, and Quarter Stripes are backwards / on the wrong sides.
Undercarriage was a quicky and not too sure Arlington did red oxide bottoms.
Looks like maybe driver side of front seat was repaired with pinpoint breathable vinyl.
Trim rings, center caps, etc..

Bermuda Blue, 3.90 Auto on Column with Ladder Bars
Would have been a fun car for dating and street matches

I'd say it's a 433 car due to the gear adapter being on the PHS

4.33 car...
& from last pic, the original Pontiac 8.2 HD Safe-T-Track has been replaced with a gray iron Pontiac 8.2 rear.

the Arlington 70's I've owned had red oxide under body, have a solid original floor pan cut out of one along with other original body parts.

Shame, a little more effort couldn't have been put into a few details.

3.90 Automatic cars also got the 591 speed gauge adapter.
Ram3 & Ram4
On all the PHS Invoices
Inconclusive whether it was 3.90 or 4.33

This one was listed somewhat recently, on ebay and craigslist.

The uniqueness of the bench, auto on column and special axle is what I like.

All RAIV automatic cars received the Speedo Adapter. This particular Judge has 4.33 gears. RAIV's came with 3.90 gears as standard equipment, so whenever you see the Special Order Axle option on a RAIV invoice, it's 4.33 gears.

This is a Ram3 car Mike

But your RamIV definition on special axle is correct , of course.

Inconclusive whether this Ram3 Judge was 3.90 or 4.33 , it would have special axle and speedo adapt in either scenario.
On Ram3 Automatic

Fake ladder bars. If you study the pic, you'll notice they only replace the lower
control arms. Upper arms are still in place too. So, other than the deleted rear
swaybar, it's entirely cosmetic.

text from ebay ad.

For your consideration. Legit, Very rare optioned, Numbers matching, Ram Air 3, GTO Judge. We have spent right at a year and a half on this 2 owner Nebraska car bringing her back to her glory days. New Bahama Blue (correct paint) with black interior. Body was taken to bare metal and started over. Interior had new carpet, headliner, door cards door and trunk seals. Car is equipped with its born with, numbers matching, ram air 3, 400 c.i. engine, ( Wrong heads but original born with heads come with it) which has been freshened up and automatic transmission (numbers matching also) with a mild stall converter. Automatic on the column with a bench seat with factory rally dash with tach. The majority of the red oxide primer is still on the bottom of the car and it's never had a piece of metal changed on the bottom. The car is not a trailer queen, but a very nice quality example drivable car and priced accordingly. It's not dolled up with a ton of amenities as the car was made to go fast and beat the Camaros and Chevelles of the day. Factory rally 2 wheel, jack, and full PHS history included. Trades and inspections welcome.
Please feel free to call or email with questions or if you need more pictures. I've dealt in collectible and muscle cars for 32 years, and still deal on honesty, and a hand shake. We welcome questions, TRADES and any inspections. Of course we offer financing with approved credit. Car may be listed in other venues so may be gone before you know it. Clean, clear title in hand. Deposits may be accepted through paypal. Balance via wire, cashiers check, or cash in person. International buyers welcome and have assisted in sending several overseas this year alone. We offer continental Shipping $1.25 per loaded mile one way enclosed to your door when available, or gladly assist yours or our shipping company in getting her loaded and to your door. I can tell everyone that this car is a nice car but has most certainly NOT been sheltered from the elements all it's life I was friends with the previous owner before his passing and this car was painted Orbit Orange for a large portion of it's life (the current owner painted it back to the Bermuda Blue and did track down the original engine, which was in a 67' Firebird and probably why there was a picture of the 670 heads as the Firebird's engine was in the Judge, the engine from the Judge ended up in the Firebird after Roy (original owner) was in an accident with the Judge that wiped out a good portion of the drivers side and was parked for a number of years, in the current sellers defense I am not sure they know the "history" of this car ..... but it is a real Judge that I tried to buy for years but Roy just wouldn't let it go...I knew where the original engine was hiding and that O-O wasn't it's original color too....well Roy passed away and I was not financially ready and missed my chance ......

Thanks for the info.

Do you know what rear end gears it had originally?
