I alway travel with Les and Sharon to Pontiac heaven and other destinaions... can't see him keeping his foot out of long enough to get that mileage, We run our drag radials on the cars the whole trip, doesn't take anymore rubber off them then a burnout...

It's 30 miles to the track for me and my car has a 3.23 gear, so it's not that bad. Back in my younger days (20 years ago) i drove my '77 T/A 110 miles one way to the 1/4 track and ran low/mid 13's. But gas was ALOT cheaper then.
