Camaro Country is in my "backyard" - I purchased some parts from them in the early 1990's back when I used to own a '67 RS Camaro. They specialize in '67-'69 Camaro parts, but they may have what you need. Give them a call and if they have something you are looking for I can check it out for you.

I was going off that parts blowup that you gave me some time ago, didn't list a part#...any idea where to find that little bugger?

I called them, they said they don't have it. I don't suppose you'd want to mosey on over there for me and take a look-see? I'll send you a few bucks for your time...

Default Try these guys in San Jose...

Paul,

I'm not sure if these folks will have your "needle in a hatstack" part, I do know they part a lot of cars, and the specialize in GM's. I used to live about ten minutes from them, and they always had a lot of good stuff, and a constant supply of incoming muscle cars. It always made me wonder where they found them. Anyway good luck on your search...

I risk life and limb driving through a blizzard to hook you up with Jerry from Camaro Country who offers you a SMOKIN' deal on the part you need and you're going to call someone ELSE? WOW! I feel totally unappreciated right now... some people you just can't help. :(

Ok, that was good, ya got me!!! :p

$100 for that little plastic piece of garbage...unbelievable...if I have to go that route, I'm just going to hook those lines up directly and hope for the best...

Yeah, I still can't believe that... I think I have little frostbite on my chin from dragging my jaw through the snow back to the car. Oh well, keep looking and I'm sure you'll find someone (who doesn't charge A-hole prices) that has what you need. Sorry about the joke... must be the weather... or the Lions. Probably both. Send some sunshine (and a new football team) this way, will ya?

Scott

Merry Christmas
&
Happy New Year

Here is one that came up in local search today while browsing on CL.
Not sure where it is, but its not NC area code. Looks like a large operation from pics.

Jeff, that's GMSports Salvage, in CA. They're listed on our local Craigslist too.

Yeah, I called them...seemed nice enough, didn't have my part. I think I'll just hook those hoses direct and hope for the best...:)

Default Camaro Central

Try Camaro Central in Lexington KY. Call Sean at (859) 381-1111. He has helped me on lots of stuff. (Tell him Bill Jacobs of Florence KY, working on a 69 TA 'Vert clone sent you.)

They sell mostly new stuff, but have a yard with lots of 1st gen F bodies. He won't charge you stupid money for such a part.

Good luck!

I've called him a couple of times for parts. I never actually purchased anything due to the extremely high prices. 450 for a used 3 series posi or 7500 for a 71 FB bare shell w/o suspension. Have some Vaseline ready when you call.

Yeah, they wanted $100 for a little plastic manifold vacuum piece that the three vacuum lines plug into...ah, I don't think so...
