Default Cruise control conversion off a 70 GP to a 69 GTO

I have a 70 GP parts car with cruise control. Has anyone converted it to a GTO with success. Steering column and cruise box on the fender well is there.

Thoughts?

it should all be plug-n-play

Friend of mine did similar - but parts came from a 69 GP and went on a 70 GTO.

69 used a chain while 70 used a cable type system.

Default cruise

i have a nos cruise system complete with diagram i think from the parts department they werer meant to fit different applications and came with assortment of brackets atleast mine did
