Does anyone know if a shroud from a 69 gto 400 will fit on a 66 gto 400?

I doubt since both radiators are a completely different design

here is a pic of my steel GM 65 66? spare shroud I have

its $ more than a repro plastic one from our host

but if you want an original ...

the AMES catalog is a great source for alot of info on year and fit

do you have one yet ?? also Franks Pontiac parts in CA has great pics of partstoo

You know what the problem is ,mine has a 2" space around the top .I think that it may be causing overheating problems. Thank you guys for all your great help as usual.Tim

If you are overheating you have more of a problem than a 2 inch space around the top.. Back in the day most of these left the factory without a shroud at all and didn't overheat. I would be looking for another problem.. Just my opinion

yeah,I'm just thinking out loud.Does anyone know of a good mechanic that works on these cars near myrtle Beach s c ?
