Default Finishing my restoration...

A couple questions:

Finishing up the restoration on my 1969 convertible firebird that is triple blue and noticed that the convertible cage is also blue. Just wanted to know if this was done at factory or by someone else. Need to know if I have to respray it black. Also my space saver tire wheel is gray. Is this correct or would it be black from factory? I read somewhere that Pontiac used black, tan and gray spacesaver tires. Thanks!

The convertible top frame is chassis black.
The space saver spares came in grey and tan.
