Fixing a OF 2.0 ??
We have a OF 2.0 cam that has damage to one lobe. Lifter bar broke lifter turned sideways is it worth fixing or is it scrap? Who would be best for this fix if doable?

Use it as a mailbox support now at the end of your driveway..

It depends on the damage, depth of hardness and profile.
A few years ago I sent a UltraDyne solid roller cam that had one lobe damaged to Tim Goolsby at Bullet Racing to be reground. .

I woukd take a very close look and check the feel of that lifter Bore .
You don't want a roller nose lifter rattling around on a new Cam .

Is the damage in the roller area or more to the sides of the lobe?

I had them repair a super-rare Quad4 cam which survived a lifter explosion (I didn't realize the Oldsmobile 'Rocketparts' tune had a rev limit way north of 8,000rpm; if my memory serves me, the stock Quad4HO has a rev limit of 7,400rpm).
