Haven't heard back from him yet but I'll keep you in mind.

Does anyone know how this lower window tracks is supposed to be secured to the glass? The drives side window was down because it was in the back seat lol. On modern cars I use 3M 04747
That should work but I'm open to other options.

Thanks Matthew, I'm finally getting serious about bringing my 66 back to life. I've got mismatched color seats and rear interior quarter panels but no door panels at all. I plan to dye all of it so color is not a big concern.

How's it going with the car? Have you done any work on it?

I miss the 66 Tempest Custom I modified with the 66 GTO hood and GTO grills back in 1973.

Took the 4spd case to the machine shop and it repaired. Driveshaft bushing had spun and the countershaft was loose.

Removed the drivers window track and soaked it in evaporust. Window was in the rear seat. Need to get it back in the car. I'd like to install all new weather stripping at the same time.

Found a used set of black 66 bucket seats on Facebook. Cleaned the tracks in evaporust and got new return springs.

Guy I met through my machinist is supposed to have a running later 70's 400 from a car he ran in a demo derby. Have not been able to coax him to dig it out of wherever it's stored. If the wait goes long enough into next year I may temporarily install the 350 from my LeMans.
I'm in NW Illinois if anyone has a running engine for sale. I'd like to swap heads for more compression with a hotter cam and do burnouts. Nothing crazy.

I did buy some ram air exh manifolds. Need a radiator and shroud. Already have a Quadrajet/intake, HEI and and pile of fans. One of the fans should work. Need a set of engine mounts.

The rear window seemed loose and with light pressure it fell out. Lucky it made the ride here without ending up broken in the road. The channel needs rust repair. Spoke to the body shop about it.
