Default What is this stuff?

I have noticed this slimy stuff in my radiator lately - anyone know what it is for sure? I never put any of the aluminum powder seal in there after I last installed the engine, but the shop that did it before may have...or could I be seeping some oil into the coolant system (bad)?

looks like metal powder sealer and too much of it. Get that out of there.

I haven't added any of the sealer, but assuming that the shop did on initial install, how could this much be appearing if I drained the radiator and block a few thousand miles ago?
