Wires crossed somewhere

With the ignition turned off, the blower stays on. The blower does not work on the high setting or the low setting but works on the two in the middle. In addition the hood tach light also stays on with the ignition shut off. No fuses are blown. It has an aftermarket one wire alternator. 69 GTO convertible with AC, power windows and seat. Where do I start looking?
