Mongo say they better not bring a knife to a gunfight (LOL).

I mean, really. Give me a break! I remember him saying he doesn't advertise flow numbers because customers don't know what to do with them anyway. If I'm paying over $2000 for a CNC ported set of heads, they better damn sight have a flowsheet with them, or the person I was buying them from would find them lodged in his a$$. There isn't a reputable shop in the country that would take that kind of cash from a customer for a set of CNC ported heads and not provide flow numbers.

As for proprietary information goes, Bruce isn't selling a Pro Stock engine. Remember the days not too long ago where Pro Stock was overrun with "mail order" engines? Drivers and crew chiefs were not even allowed to remove the valve covers, if there was a problem they contacted the engine builder. Remember those days? If Travis engine doesn't perform in the car as well is it did on the dyno, maybe he should have Bruce jump on a plane to Phoenix and resolve the problem for him (LOL).

Good point Brian.
Back in the 80's Pizza John Mafaro bought a Pro Stock M/C Motor from Vance and Hines. John was not able to compete in the class, so Terry got on Johns bike and made what would have been the #1 qualifying pass with it. He got off the bike and told John to "learn to ride it"...

Pizza John later went on to win a National title in Pro Stock...

Brian.........you are going to wait for a very long time. If you want to get the specs quickly look at a Comp Cam catalog....standard published grinds, no mystery, just BS.

I can do that, but which one is in his engine? That's why I'm asking. Since thus far I haven't gotten a response, my guess is that Travis doesn't know the specs. If Bruce didn't supply flow numbers, he probably didn't supply cam specs either (after all, that info is proprietary you know).

Got a "Fulper-Story" for ya!
I got a catalog form R&R, and ordered some fiberglass stuff from them. Rear bumper was listed as UPS-able,and was drop shipped from VFN.Good so far, so I went to order my bolt on trunk lid (67 GTO) and the catalog said UPS. I called and the lady told me the same thing!!!!!
These things are BIG! I placed my order and guess what?.....It shows up truck freight! No bill, I just was asked to sign for it.
Then my Boss later asks me about a bill that they got for the trunklid (I had it sent to me at work).
I called and asked to speak to Bruce, and I explained that the catalog and the salesperson both said it was UPS-able, and I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew it was over $100 just to ship it..... and then got billed to my employer at that!!
His reply was "What do you want me to do about it?"
Well, after a bit of discussion, I finally got him to split the difference (UPS would have been near that) and get the trucking company to send me half of the bill.Hell, my wife even got on the phone and yelled at him for a while!! I think she sealed the deal!
I told him if this was handled,(He did) I'd buy a front bumper. I got my front bumper.....and it came UPS!

I got a set of heads from fulper. I did not receive a flow sheet. I believe he said he sent the heads "out" to get the cnc work. Anyway I took them to a local race machine shop a shelled out another 50.00 (after the 2500.00 sent by money order to Bruce)to have them flowed (which are actually good numbers, over 320) and also to find out what springs came with the heads. To this day over a year later I still have not received the reciepts, specs or anything showing that I pruchased the heads. HMMMMMM, why did I have to pay cash upfront, no receipts???
Other than that the heads are worth the money, they flow well, had good springs and valves. Just did not like the constant put off's. "call me back next month, maybe they will be ready"
Last deal with Fulper.
P.S. Any other sucker that got trapped, I would be happy to fax my flow sheets if you have cnc heads by Fulper!

OF ALL THE THINGS I'VE LOST, I MISS MY MIND THE MOST!
OH YEAH, Kids are cool!

I'll bet the IRS will never see that receipt either.

That cam is what Comp considers to be there HI-TORQUE .406 ROLLER. It is a special grind but the specs are in there book.
