I'm attempting to pull the motor out of the door.
Looks like there's four rivets holding the regular main frame (2 door).
1) I should leave them alone, right?

There's another rivet down low.
2) I should drill that rivet out? Replace it with a bolt?

There's three dimples in the sheet metal that are lined up where the 3 motor bolts are behind.
3)Do I drill these out to make access holes, then remove the nuts with a socket?

4)The motor would be totally loose then, except for the harness?

5)The motor comes out the upper access hole? The lower access hole is halfway blocked by the sector gear thingy on the regulator assembly.

Thanks in advance.............Steve

Got the motor out..... three bolts and one rivet. I tested it connected directly to the battery...runs fine.
Back at the door panel, I tested the voltage at the connector (I previously used a test light, which glowed). The voltage reads like 9 volts.
I think that's my problem, voltage too low to get the motor going. By the way, the other window works, but it's slow. I always thought it was needing lubing, but now I think both motors aren't getting sufficient voltage.
Anybody have any clues as to where to begin looking? I have a wiring diagram. Thanks.
