It looks like this is the 403 olds bracket- this is was in the documentation I got back with the car. Fits very nicely. I can’t decide if I am going to try to install the vintage air kit in my 66 or have it done.

Frankie- have you driven the car with the down bars installed? Does it drive any different? I’ve had mine on/off the trailer and that’s about it.

If you're talking about the G braces...they've on there for years and I drive this car almost daily (not a daily driver though). I guess at this point i would have to take them off to see a difference. Anything to stiffen these cars up. I have done all the suspension mods including a roll bar with 15" tires. I thought the car handled pretty good. I never really felt a difference as I was adding stuff. However, I added the wheels and tires recently and that made a night and day difference. If I had put the wheels and tires on first I'm willing to bet this car would twist all over the place.

Yea that’s what I was referring to. Most of my cars have 17’s on the. Now and your right- it is a world of difference
