She has some cool posts on Facebook worked at the Pontiac plant late 50's to 70's. A few other people she worked with also post. She is interviewed in the big little GTO book.

Yes - painted at least once; it bears the scars of a hood R&R and some less than ideal prep work on the quarter panel, and someone has wheeled through the color coat in several places.

But - it's a solid 5 footer and I can't really justify fixing that stuff.

Thanks - I "Facebook stalked" her and now we are connected up.

I see I haven't posted here for a while and today is as good as any to do so:

It was 40 years ago today I walked through the doors at Flint Assembly, kicking off my illustrious GM career.

So many people go everyday to jobs they hate you were so lucky to have such a great career at GM. Also you worked in all phases of the business. I haven't seen you in years, looking forward to seeing you again some day.

Only real gearheads like us celebrate their cars birthdays. For the record I know all my car birthdays but have to rely on Patti to tell my grandkids dates.

8 miles from me my high school buddy lives, has an original 67 Camaro he bought at Yenko. 18k ,one repaint from blue to red. Oh yes it is a survivor 427 automatic. Still has sales receipt,Pittsburgh paper advertising sales of 427s.Original qjet,we installed aluminum intake with Holley and cowl induction. When we took engine apart here it had 2 bolt mains. Found out couple years ago automatic s got 390 hp 427.
