Most of the stuff Clint made was good. He fits right in the bad ass roles and its only Bridges of Madison County that’s not in my taste. Clint, Bronson, C Norris and Van Dam was the heroes that ran in the vcr...

Big Valley was good. The Fall Guy was one of my all time favorites.

I really liked the role Clint played in "Unforgiven". He had a couple of really good quotes. After a shootout scene......….his accomplice is sucking back on whisky still reeling from the adrenilen of the gunfight.........and he says to Clint "That fella sure had it comin'............….and Clint responds as he stares down a cold open field …………."We all got it comin' kid" ! "Hell of a thing...………..killin' a man...………….takes away all he's got...……….and all he's ever gonna have". Now that...…...to me...……….is a classic scene!

IMO, Some of the best Eastwood quotes are actually from Gran Torino. Maybe it's because, even though I'm only about half his age, I can really relate to his character. My wife says often "you must have a really old soul". Which I think is her polite way of telling me that I'm a grouchy sumbitch. LOL

Clint actually bought, the '73 TA after filming that movie, and kept it around for several years.
I last saw it in Deadwood SD about fifteen years ago - it had sitting on the floor beside it the red shaker used in the movie - and a registration card showing that Clint owned it...

Clint Eastwood is a Hollywood icon. I always felt he was the greatest American actor of his generation, able to be convincing as a cowboy, police officer, grumpy old man, he can do it all, including comedy.

Clint bought a new 1977 Trans Am Special Edition back in the day, which officially makes him the coolest Hollywood dude ever.
