Sorry, but don't understand "reserve off at $24, 500" and "no reserve auction". Is there a reserve or is there not a reserve?

Reserve is off next/first bid as the starting price is $24499. So in essence he has no reserve.

Would trade you this GTO for that GTO. It's not a Judge, but is a very original unmolested 69 GTO 4 speed. I'm the second owner, have a bunch of paper work, original window sticker, bill of sale, protecto plate. Drives like a dream. Fantastic paint.
