Wondering if anyone can tell me if this is a correct fan for a 69 Firebird 350?

I don't think so. It kinda looks like the one on my 73 TA. With that top number having '73' in it, that may be a date code - K73; December 73 ?
It would probably work OK though? From parts book:

It's the correct style flex fan, if it's a flex fan you're looking for, just the wrong codes.
