Default transmission fluid

Guys what transmission fluid are you all using in your performance transmissions? I have a manual valve body th400.with a 9" converter. Was told that type F was a little better than dextron II so thats what I have been using. Any thoughts?

Yep it's cheap, and if you want to tighten the converter up 100-200 HP that does the trick.
