What is the trick to get these lights out?

I have all of the bolts undone and as I pull it out, it appears that the bottom is hitting against part of the bumper, keeping the light in place.

Any ideas?

If my memory serves me correctly, I had trouble with my tail lights on my '75. I thought I had removed all the nuts from my lights, however, I missed two small nuts that were hidden way back under the trunk/quarters. They would be on the extreme left (drivers side) and extreme right (passenger side). The light assembly seemed really loose like they were catching on something until I took the last two nuts off.

Just a thought . . .
