Default Mid 90's GP with a MT?

I've heard that there were a few Grand Prix's around like 94 - 96 that came with a manual transmission, but have never seen one. Can anyone verify this?

According to this forum they made them 91-94, I remember one racing in the FWD class at Norwalk around 02, we both knocked ourselves out with red lights in the 1/4 finals. That is the only one I have seen in person.

yep, back when I was a co-op student in high school, (94-95) I worked at a Pontiac dealership, and helped replace a motor in one. They only came with the 3.4L, and the trannys were a bad design from what I was told. They put forward pressure on the cranks, which demolished the engines fairly quickly. The one that really freaked everybody at the shop out was a 1994 Olds Cutlass convertible that had this same drivetrain...pretty neat car, nobody had ever seen one like it.

I owned an 89 with a stick. Ex took it in the split sold it to a freind who tore it up.
We serviced a pair of mid 90's stick cars that we'd sold. I also know of a 95ish Lumina Z34 with a stick and DOHC 3.4 engine.

I remember seeing one early '90s GP with a manual but it was a 4 door so I passed on it and also seeing a Z34 with a a 5-speed that I went back the next day to see again only to find that it had been sold. It is getting harder every day to find manual trans cars (especially U.S. made). There has to be more people out there like me who still like to shift manually. Isn't that why were born with a left foot?
