Default Core support/ inner fender well brace. ?

Thinking of selling my 65 and looking at the cars on the market.

Came across this one with these braces. Does any one else use these and if so

What are the pros and cons ?

Thank you.

I have a 69 Firebird. It has similar braces.

Look like late 2nd Gen Bird pieces. On a subframe equipped vehicle, can see them helping tie the front sheetmetal together. On an early A-body, ESP a collectible one, being a full frame vehicle, see more damage done by drilling the holes than any measurable positive effect.
