Anybody have a magneto for an ohc

I do have an NOS mallory electronic tho

Excuse my ignorance but it that anything like the "Mark Ten" gold colored box that was around during those days There was one on my car that was taken off 30 years ago.

I think that would be a Malory unlimited they also made a dual point. I don't know for sure that anyone has made a mag for the ohc but I have seen them on Chevy 6's I would be interested in a Mallory unit as long as it dosent have a vacume advance

I have a couple dual points and they are different.
Why not just adapt a small cap HEI?
or better yet crank trigger COP
Im sure you could adapt a Chevy 6 mag if you found one.

Ive still got a couple of those Mallory conversion kits that were used to get rid of points.
A set I had in my Firebird 400 acted up one day at work so I yanked it and the one in other car and never looked back.

I will be using this in my period correct hot rod so no parts made after 1970 I will use a pertronics setup if I have to as is is bidder a hei is just too new besides mags are cool

Have you talked to Ronco? They have fitted all sorts of bases to Vertex mags over the years.
