Default Sawzall Blade Question...

Just wondering what is the "best bang for the buck" on metal cutting sawzall blades?

WE are basically cutting light gauge metal, car bodies frames, etc

I was happy with USA made Milwaukee...but the chinawaukee ones don't seem to be as good.

Lennox was good...but pricey.

Any input before I go shopping is appreciated

I found that the ones from Harbor Freight last about as long as the name brand ones and are way cheaper.

Diablo carbide blades will outlast and perform anything else I've seen. Cost a bit more, but you will use a lot less of them. I was cutting through a leaf spring bolt and used 3 dewalt blades that didn't get very far. Put in the Diablo and it ate right through like butter and the blade was still in beautiful shape. Strongly recommend the Diablo

The trick is to go slow and at slow speed. Was a tinsmith/sheet metal worker for 38 yrs. You can drill stainless without destroying a drill bit by just blowing air on the drill. Water will just boil away.
