briann, Yeah I know they didn't make one in 75. The car was originally a blue 400 4spd car, it has a 74 455 in it.

Here's my 75... but I changed the front to a 74. I don't really care for the turn signals in the grille.

Form 74, Is that the same car featured in HPP's current issue?

Form 74,
I don't subscribe so I was flipping through an issue on the newsstand and didn't notice the date. On the cover is a black T/A and something about it being a $125,000 car or some such thing as that. Actually, I thought that that car was on an older cover but I just saw this one on the stand 2 days ago.
I'm fairly certain that the car you've posted the picture of is the same car featured in that issue.
How many yellow '74 SD Formulas can there be in that condition right now?

Greg, your right it was in April 2005 HPP magazine, One of 58 SD formulas in 74. Sure would be nice to own, but I would be afraid to drive it.

I've been looking at this thread since it's origin and just realized that I hadn't even posted a picture of my own '74. It's a project car and the Goat is first in line but I've surprised myself how much the ol' '74 has grown on me.

Here's a pic of the 76 I'm using for parts for my 75. It's been sitting in the mud since 87 in that barn behind it. The car has 3/4 truck springs in the rear with the wheel wells cut out for the 35" Wranglers that were on it, and there are holes in the roof from the KC daylights . Not to much good on this car anymore . Just thought you guys would get a laugh out of the off road mods.

I have a 74 Base model that I bought right out of high school 10 years ago. I drove it for about 2 years then parked it in covered storage after I joined the military. I just got it to my house and have it in my own garage now so I can start working on it. It has the original 250 to my knowledge and runs like a top (nees some valve seals). I dont have a place to host the pics.

pontiac_fanatic I am sending you a couple pics of the car.
