Default Brake Booster $ MC Date Codes

General questions.

Were power brake boosters and master cylinders built in the same delco factory’s for 68-70?

What is generally an acceptable date code different between the booster and MC, should they have the same date code? What’s an acceptable difference between booster date code and master cylinder date code? And what’s acceptable difference between those date codes and car assembly date?

I’ve read that date codes should be 2-4 weeks prior to the
cars assembly date, but also read there are exceptions, for instance radiators can be dated months back due to supply chain issues.
