Agree with everything that's been said thus far.

Good looking car; congratulations!

Congratulations on the 66. It didn't take you too long to get into another 66 did it?

Wheels look to be original 14X6 size.

May be interested in the tires if they're not too old according to the date codes.

Enjoy!

Bart
Thats my guess Bart. After doing some research, if they are original to the car, the have ot be 14's because it doesn't look like 15's were an option on the GTO. I think its the only option on the car!!

Actually, auto trans, power steering and brakes are options I guess.

It took me two days to pull out my GTO books to see that beige was in fact a convertible top color. I've never seen one, very cool!

No way. Im pulling the interior this Sunday. New carpet and other things. Then its off to then later this winter, its new shocks and springs. When spring comes a around, Ill take it to someone to access the motor.

First off, fill the convert top motor with hydraulic fluid and see why it has challenges moving up and down. It moves, but its really stresses to get up. You have to give it a push. I hope its just low on fluid.

I thought the wheels might be 15* repos is why I said that. I don't have a computer and it's hard to see details on my phone, so I can't tell wheel size. My old 14's were too wobbly, looking to upsize. Thanks for the top color info, that's interesting.
