the guy is josh i know all of you know him hes in new york.i email him and call him and i get no respone from him.the last email i got from him said that he was goin to send me a money order for my balance i sent himbut if i called or emailed him any more that he would delay him senting my money by a 48 hour period every time i contacted him.i understand he had personal issues but like i told him this is business and thats personal.

josh seems like a nice guy,yes he has a lot going on in his personal life and that is the most important to anyo ne of use is family,im sure he will make it right,hell with all i got going on right now im lucky to find time to be on here

Im sure he is overwhelmed with his personal life right now. But I and many others have been in similar situations and still went to work everyday and handled business. This is his full time job I believe. I have been very hesitant to post here because I do sympathize with Josh. But I too have been waiting 5 weeks for him to make things right with me. I have politely and respectfully made it clear to Josh that I am frustrated with the situation and he has acknowledged it. I believe him to have good intentions and I was excited to believe that I had found a good source of parts at fair prices. I sincerely hope that I was not wrong.

Sounds like Josh has been using you guys as a bank to take care of his personal finances on a short term basis. Or at teh very least, making bad decisions by spending the money you sent him before closing the deal.

I had a deal go south with Josh last year but he DID make good on it and i am sure that he will this time too. In addition to his family problems he has also had trouble with the ramp truck he just bought that's probably why he had problems delievering the car.
