He just PM'd me and said he thought he could cover those of us who said we'd want 2 sets. Just an FYI.

That really sucks, James. Too bad freight companies can be so ignorant with the care of shipping items sometimes. Hopefully you can recoup your losses and get a new batch made.

Everybody,

Thanks for the PM's I will start working on them first thing in the morning. I have been a little bit of a bear at work lately, so all the girls will be happy to help just to keep me out of the front office.

A Schab, Polar White being a very low production color for the Trans Am will make it very hard to make it happen. Steve and I have been talking about testing painting this cameo white material for the low production colors. At least at that point the size and fit would be correct. The material manufacturer thinks it might be possible. Now with the material in hand we will give it a shot.

Functional Shaker, unfortunately it just seems to me that very few companies and/or businesses these days really take much care with your business. The problem with freight(I ship quite a lot of LTL freight) is they have you over a barrel. I'm not worried about recovering the cost. It's just the pain in the Butt.

I want to make sure that you all know that if you have any issues with the welting, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will not leave anyone hanging with an issue. I hope all of you like it and it is a good part for your cars.

thanks again for your interest.

James

Got my Cameo welting today! Absolutely stunningly, gorgeous! Dimension wise, about as identical to some dried out old stock I had to compare it too. No comparison to the gray repro stuff at all. Color wise, I can't see any discernible difference from my cars paint. Fantastic job! Thank you very much for a quality product that was well needed!

Got mine as well, excellent job! Like SD73 says, it's pretty much a perfect color match.

Got mine today too - many thanks!

Now - I just have to R&R the flares and work out how I'm going to make the top ends terminate cleanly.

Not yet. I am going to see Steve next week to discuss it with him. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks,

James
