Default Another GTO Stolen

This information was passed on to me :
Subject: Cruisin' Tigers Broadcast Message

Keep your cars under a close eye... another GTO in Chicagoland has been
stolen. This time it was in Downers Grove, IL... right out of the owner's
detached garage... and he has owned it since it was new!

Gordon Delany (630) 968-4535 is asking our club for some help. He is not a
member, but he certainly has good taste in vehicles... so let's try to
assist him.

Here are the details of his baby...

1969 red GTO hardtop with a black interior
400/Auto with A/C, stck wheels and narrow white wall tires
VIN is 242379R156020

Watch for this car at cruise nights and car shows and let's locate a lost
tiger.

I got this today too. This is the third one in the area over the winter months. Heartbreaking. And he is the original owner!!! Can you imagine your car stolen after almost 40 years???

Hey 3 Deuce 64 are you a club member?

the way i understand it,there are now cases of where someone gets a vin and runs with it.they find a car, write down the vin then create a clone, then comes the fight of which is the clone.or they take the vin and use it as colateral on a loan.it's sad the lenghts that some people will go to,if they would work that hard they would be rich anyway.
