I had the same problem. My catch can would overflow after every pass. Here is how I fixed it after many failed attempts.

Rick do you have oil drains from the Eheads? I wonder if that would make a difference. I ended up in the middle too but I tried a few other places and it definitely was an oil tanker at the front of the valve cover and from the fuel pump block off too

Looks like the middle might be the "sweet spot" also with better baffling. Weird I never seen any oil residue in the lines at all but a bunch in the tank.

Does anyone run evac. to the exhaust anymore? If not why wouldn’t you?

Who makes the back baffle fitting?

Going to swap from rear to front and add some filtering in the pickup at the valve cover-foam of steel wool. Very little baffling about eight 1/4" holes around the periphery, I plugged the 1/2" in the center already.

Sorry, I think (?) Skip may be referring to the valve cover baffle fitting. I misread.

Yes I was referring to the valve cover fitting that and AN screw into. I meant "black" fitting not "back" fitting.

I have a threaded fitting in my heads for them but I've never used them. I thought about it. Lol!

Swapped valve covers to get it up front. Location actually is further away form rockers than the center. Here is the minimal baffling in GZ connection. I put the pipe plug in as the center hole looked way too big.
