Default 64 Bonneville - no brake lights, horn, signal lights - any ideas?

Posting here also in addition to the Big Car Tech section...

My son has a 64 Bonneville convertible that has developed and electrical issue. Recently, all the lights were working...not sure about the horn....here goes.... any thoughts / suggestions are appreciated. I'm more familiar with a 67 GTO!

1. The horn does not work. When I pulled the steering wheel, the plunger is there, but it appears that the off-white plastic cup that the spring and plunger is contained in is worn...not sure what else yet. Where can the horn parts be purchased?

2. The brake lights are not working.

3. When the headlight switch is pulled to the first(parking light) position, both the left and right signal light indicators in the instrument cluster come on, but the parking lights do not. When the headlight switch is pulled to the 2nd position, the headlights come on, bright and low beams work with the dimmer switch.

4. With the key turned on, if the signal light switch is held between the off and a signal position, the parking light on that side will light up, but not blink.

5. Signal lights do not work.

Do the horns honk if you bypass the column switch? If yes, you can probably get the parts from someone on here. If not you might have a bad relay or even bad horns.
Did you bypass the brake light switch to see if they work? The switch is on the pedal at the base of the steering column.
I would look first for bad grounds at the light sockets or possibly a bulb with the wrong number of contacts.
Why would you hold the switch between positions?

I’ll give those ideas a try. As far as holding the switch, I was moving it slowly when my son notice a light some on, so we tried it with the other side. I can’t seem to locate a replacement / reproduction switch. It was originally a 3sp manual column shift and still has that column, even though it how has a floor shift automatic.

As far as I know you will have to find a used switch or if you are lucky a NOS one.

Are all the bulbs good and in working condition? I've had cars where the dash signal comes on but won't blink because the bulb is burnt.
