The reason I gambled on Tribal Tubes is for the Tri-Y. I have not found anyone else who makes them for a Pontiac. If there was I would have looked into them.

About 5 years ago they were making custom turbo headers. I bought a set and they look very good but were a few weeks late for delivery. Just like the others that posted, they were the only ones making what I needed.

Still no Tri-Ys. But I took the headers. That were on it, ( D-Port unknown manufacturer) I cut the flanges off, added round port flanges and had to re-make several tubes to clear everything and allow access to all bolts. I have no idea why the header manufacturers couldnt have done this to begin with.

Good job Scott. I still can't figure why the Hedman 1 3/4 I had that were supposed to fit second gens and "fit out jig" when I sent them back had both sides hit the firewall so much I had to move tubes.

Thabks Skip, the passenger side was a breeze, i can take it out without jacking up the motor. The drivers side was more work. The steering, Z-Bar , and starter were obstacles to work around. But the finished product is that i can get to every bolt easily and most with a box end wrench.

Great job! That is quite a bit of work.

Thanks Paul. This is the 4th tine I have done something like this to change the flange from D-port to round port or the other way. Just time consuming. Usually the end 2 tubes on each head go right back in like they were on the originals.

I have a set of SS ones. Maybe he did actually make a few?

One of the secondary tubes doesn't align very well on one side and there's a weird, sharp bend where it goes into the collector, but otherwise they look great. Have not run them yet. Am pondering taking them to a custom exhaust shop and having that tube straightened out.

Oh goodness, I have not been on the forum for a while. I was taken by this crook like others. I was his biggest critic and he is scam artist. Others who have now posted here criticized me years back and called me names for attacking Ron are still without their headers as well. Go figure. If I knew where he was I would put on a mask and frickin' fly across the Atlantic tomorrow on the 1st flight. He owes me money and parts and I have not forgotten. And I have all the BS messages he sent making excuses. DO NOT SEND HIM MONEY!
