1966 GTO YS engine. I have no history other than I was told it was pulled and replaced with a hopped up 389 during the restoration of the car.. I bought both engines from the new owner who did an LS swap.
Asking $700. Local pickup only Portland OR. Also available a pair of rebuilt 389 heads that came off the other engine. With valve train set up for a Comp Cams X276HR-10 roller cam that used 1.6 rockers. These heads will be included for the asking price of $700. The heads have dimpled combustion chambers. It appears to me someone fell for the golf ball theory. I don't believe this to be detrimental to the heads. And obviously it's out of sight. I do know the car ran 13.30's with these heads before the engine was pulled for the LS swap. If you want the heads separately I should be able to ship them on your dime.

Additional photos as requested. Last two photos show the crankshaft as I rotated it. It took about 100 ftlbs to turn the crank. That being said with the provision that the flexplate rubs the tire the engine is sitting on.
