1969 Grand Prix's are in the 69-72 GP section, you'll have more response there.
I think they are called blow outs, they are very hard to find without bad pitting, try Franks in San Diego

I think what you are referring to is called the rear bumper closeout. I have them on my 70 Bonneville, but they are different on a GP. I was able to buy the 2 front and the left rear NOS, but can't find the right rear. On mine, the piece is pot metal and is like a continuation of the stainless strip that mounts to the lower rear of the decklid, that wraps around the rear corner of the body and extends down behind the bumper end. I have written down Group 12.116, but I can no longer find them in the parts book under that group. For the Bonneville, they changed the part number at some point, and may also have changed the group number and that is why I can't find them. If you find them in the parts book, post it because I would like to find them again in the book. Question If Pontiac discontinued the part, would it not show in the book? My Illustration Manual is dated April 1983, and the Master Parts Catalog is dated November 1969, which probably explains why the group number might have changed.
