Friday night they had the last "midnight madness" race at gateway and went. Only got 2 passes in, but I have a new best E.T. ! Last week I took the car to my engine builder, and we worked on the rear suspension trying to get it to stop wheel hopping. It worked! I ran a 10.78 at 131 mph, with a new best 1.56 60' ! For my car thats a huge improvement! Second pass I messed up and nearly stalled it on the line, so I didn't even push it that pass and went home. (plus I couldn't keep my eyes open! Too late for me) Big thanks to my engine guy!

Just had a new best - 1.40 60' - 6.65 @ 100.7 - 3300' DA

1968 F-bird
3300 lbs - stock suspension , 29 X 11 Tires
455 Pontiac - 310 eHeads - 270@050 cam/660 lift, 11:1 comp.
TH400 - 8" ATI MRT Treemaster (5200 stall)
12 bolt - 4.30 gears

I swear by this converter... with pretty much just a converter change I went from 7.0's to 6.65.
