Original paint also. Not hiding any past repairs to the exterior.

If those options listed are present, there's enough money just in the options and 8 lugs to make it worth your while.

That is a true find if it has those options with the car. I'd still try to make a deal but even if he is firm at $2,000 that is a fantastic find and if I were you and you have the money I recommend grabbing it. You will have a fantastic ride and the options make the car a very interesting piece. Good luck.

Nice. Power windows, power vent windows (very rare), power locks (rare), power bench strato-bench seat?, 8 track, power antenna, tilt, cruise, a/c, underhood reel out lamp, 8 lugs. All great options that are very hard to find. This is a keeper.

A replacement carpet set is only about $140. Lots of just surface stuff to work on. New paint and vinyl top with cleaned up wheels will make her very sharp in a hurry. For only a few $1,000's (IMO) this car can be a really sharp cruiser very quickly. some of the more detailed work (re-upholstered seats, new head liner, new rubber moldings all around, dual exhaust (long branches added?) and detailed engine compartment might take a bit longer but all very doable at reasonable cost.

BTW...I have a SafeGuard speed warning speedo unit from a '68 GP that is a direct repalcement for a '67 unit. Excellent condition. Needs a good home. $90.

Missed the rear windwo defogger as an option earlier. Another great option piece (even though they don't do much).

You don't see many '67's. This would be a nice one to bring back.

This being a Brougham makes it even more rare. Maybe not worth more money but more interesting for sure. Dash pad, steering wheel, glove box door, a/c compressor, and rear package tray all have obtainable replacements.

Hard to discern the interior color. Exterior looks to be champagne.

Signet Gold with Gold interior. Don't know for sure yet, shouldn't take much to get her back on the road? Other than door panels and seat material. Shouldn't be to bad restoring the interior? Don't think I'll be upside down on this car for the price? Pretty close on getting it. Scott

I agree. The entry price is very reasonable and since the body and bumpers are in good shape I am speculating that for about $1,500 you can find a decent paint job (not show quality but nice) and a new vinyl top. Clean up the wheels and she's a looker.
Gold on gold with a black? top or will it be gold as well will be super sharp.

I don't know if it was an option in '67 but does the car have automatic air leveler control on it? If so there would be a a large cannister pump on the passerger side of the engine compartment next to the radiator. Rare option but may have been std on Broughams. How about automatic trunk release and trunk light.

I took the bumpers and all the trim including tail light housings, door handles, mirror, off a car myself and saved a lot of money when it was painted.

Black Vinyl top. My '67 GP has Gold interior. I have all the door panel plastics, window controls/bezels, New Gold package tray , door W.S. and etc. It helps already having a Gold interior car and spare '67 parts around. I'm working on setting up a day to see/buy it. As long as there is no heavy rust issues.

Awesome!!

Having different versions of the same year is always kewl. (That was my plan with '69 bonneville and Catalina until an ex-wife entered the picture. ugh. lol)

Sounds like you are all equipped to be the best owner of this unique car. I think the gold on gold is a great combo. The black roof will give is a sharp constrast and the 8 lugs a great image.

I have long maintained that little to no rust is the key to old car projects. A car that does not require body work makes it a financially viable effort. Paint is one thing, extensive body work/rust repair is another.

Missed that it has Saf-T-Track as well. Did not see any sign of Auto. Leveler System from the pictures but its worth looking under the right trailing arm. The control unit and actuating arm may be there. The pump is the easiest piece to find.

Base 400 4bbl is plenty strong.

Good luck. Keep us posted.

Thumbs up Great Looking car in it's day.

Quite a list of goodies, but wheres the skirts?

Getting under it is IMO what will tell you whether or not to pull the trigger.
Do you know when it last drove?
She would be a killer car once brought back.

Sure hope she's not a rust bucket. I think the odds are in your favor. Restored to original like status she is going to be gorgeous.

Talking to the owner, I'm pretty sure it's a solid car. Lived it's live in the Ca. Desert.
