Default 1964 WOOD WHEEL

This is the holy grail of wood wheels... This wheel has been in my buddies house for atleast 30 or more years. He was planning to restore a 64 GTO convertible and life got in the way, so I am selling this for him. I have 13 total pictures of the wheel and can only post 5 of them. .

This wheel is uncracked and in very nice shape ! The wood grain is absolutely beautiful. What you see in the picture is what I have. The center horn chrome assy and center medallion needs to be purchased.

I'm looking for $2500 for everything you see plus shipping.

If you seriously interested, please PM me with your e-mail address and I will forward you all the pictures I took. I'm apologizing now... I do not want low-ballers or tire kickers to respond. I am fair and very reasonable, so don't offend me... Thanks... Mike

Yup.. Good luck trying to find one in this shape... Most of them are cracked and missing more that I have. This auction is only for the guys who have been looking for a long time. Again, I will work with the potential buyers that are serious... Thx

I remember when I pulled a wood wheel and dash tach out of a 64 LeMans back in the early 80s. Paid $15 for for both. Traded both to Dennis Kirban for a 68 wood wheel and in-dash tach.

I found one on a '65 Impala in the 80's. The guy said as long as I got him a black steering wheel, I could have the '64 wheel. Damn those were the days.

Thumbs up Actually the price is about right. You don't see these every day, like later years.

That is a very fair price for a really nice original wheel.

Good luck with the sale!
