Default Found a nOS set of TTop Bags

As soon as I find a like new set of Fisher TTop bags , I find a nOS set, date coded 78. I'm thinking of selling them. They have been in a closet since 1978, the guy passed away that bought them years ago, the wife was selling all his parts off.

Any idea what you want for them? Also, I've been meaning to call you to see if you might have a choke modulator valve for the air cleaner or the ThermAC vacuum switch. Maybe we could do a bundle?

I have a first run hose in the box, I have a nOS blue valve and the black/white check valve, and I have a like new defogger switch, I also have both pull offs in the box, did you ever find them.
Sunday I ran into the guy that his dad worked at a Fisher body, he was selling seat belt webbing. I bought enough seat belt webbing in the 78 lt blue and Camel to do like 4 cars each, I have Camel bob, with the thread. Let me know.

Thumbs up

I've no skin in the game...but it never ceases to amaze me when uninterested parties "single star" rate a thread like this one...so I'm bumping the rating for GP.

Hope it works out for you Bob.

I lucked out a few years ago and found an NOS set of GM t-top bags on eBay for a good price. One of my prized possessions.

Then, I wondered how I could keep the white clean when putting the tops in and out. Came up with an idea. I first put the t-top in a trash bag and then put it in the t-top bag, which protects the white felt from any dirt from the top panel. Trash bags are cheap enough to use a new one each time. Of course, a thicker mil trash bag will hold up better.

I just bought another set, used but mint, I have a home made set of bags my mom made me years ago, I'll use those and just show the mint ones, I usually never put the t tops in my trunk when they are off the car, the plastic trim get all cracked, I made a t top stand for the garage, it has padding, you just put the tops in a slot, and their safe. I recently bough a set of Gold t tops if anyone needs a set, 1-10, they are about an 8. Pick up in Detroit, lol.
