Bolts right in with no mods , shifter in stock location. Now in the hunt for a decent clutch.

I have a 1996 richmond 4+1 with Long shifter. It has a 327 first. I love it. Never had any regret on buying it. No need to cut tunnel. Shifter will pop out original hole.Straight gears makes awesome whining sound just like a M22. Gears are also close ratio. With a 308 and medium height tires, 1st gear is really too low and 5th is just a little too revy at 80. I think 256 or 273 gears would be more streetable.

It did shift very stiff when I first got it, eventually it loosened up and shifted great.
