'67 2+2 ID
Hi out there.
Is there a way to tell if a '67 2+2 is real other than PHS or build sheet? Do they have their own VIN#? or thanks in advance

Steve,
66 was the only 2+2 with it's own vin. It would be a very easy car to clone.

Per John Gunnell's book, the option code for a 1967 2+2 was Code 331. Standard equipment included a 428 engine, heavy duty shocks, springs and stabilizer bar, dual exhausts, bucket seats, a performance axle ratio, chrome air cleaner and rocker arm covers, a deluxe steering wheel and special decor moldings. They had the louvers on the front fenders, and 2+2 emblems on the hood, rear fenders and trunk panel, along with 428 emblems ahead of the front wheel wells. They came standard with a three speed manual and floor shift, but were available with a four speed or an automatic. Deluxe wheel covers were standard but 8 lugs were available.
