Default Bad bodywork

1750 for nothing. If you are thinking of sending your car to CPR in Honea Path don’t. This is what I got for 1750. The bottom of the hood isn’t even primed. The tiny hole wasn’t welded up and the primer isn’t even smooth. I just wanted to seal it to keep it from rusting and got hit with a bill like that.

I guess this is why my body man has a 2 year waiting list.
He is doing my car now and is very meticulous.
He has a 69 GTO in his shop now that someone spent 17K from a supposedly highly respected restoration shop that's absolutely horrible.
He needs to redo everything before he can even continue to do his own work

So...they shot it with a sealer/primer on one side, let it drip dry and charged you $1750??!

If you paid with a credit card, you can file a dispute with them and dispute it. I did that with a company which had charged me for expedited shipping and I didn't get it for over two weeks. I had needed it quickly or wouldn't have paid extra. Discover handled it for me and I ended up getting the entire $78 I had paid, though I had just asked for the price of the shipping as a matter of principle.

If I didn’t pay I didn’t get my parts back. He was holding it hostage
