Default Seat Buckle Plastic Cover?

The plastic cover that clicks over the seat belt buckle button on my '74 Firebird is barely hanging in there. I see that Ames sells a whole seat buckle repair kit, but I really only need the plastic cover. Anyone know if just that part is available anywhere? Thanks!

Aaron, reads like you have a '73-74 Irvin F-body exploding seat belt buckle. Very common issue. Up til a few years ago, there was no new parts for this female belt & sourcing used or NOS belts was about it. The Parts Place stepped up & had the cover pieces molded. TPP wholesales this part to retailers like Ames, as well as selling the kit theirselves on their own website. For more info on exploding seatbelts, might search the 70-73 Firebird Forum.
