Arrow 1969 RAIII Chrome Valve Covers - Driver Quality

Pair of chrome valve covers removed from a 1969 RAIII engine that was in my 1964 GTO when I first acquired in 1989. These were on a modified RAIII 400 engine (WS block & #48 heads) and I have no doubt they’re original to that engine. The covers are made of thick metal and the chrome is very good with no rust or pitting.

These valve covers were modified to accept Offenhauser breathers which I removed and then fashioned a pair of 1/8” thick electropolished stainless steel block off plates with 10-24 studs resistance welded to the backside. They present very well and looked good on my daily driver Tri-Power 455 from 1999 through 2004.

$100 plus $24.75 USPS flat rate shipping in the USA. PayPal (using friends and family), personal checks and money orders accepted. Please send me a PM if you’re interested, thanks.

Nice valve covers. Thicker than the reproductions and they will work "as is" with OEM bolts. Will clear most roller rocker arms and work with factory A/C. Just installed a pair on my SD 455 for that reason.
