Angry 92 Bonneville a/c blower weak flow

Anyone know how to improve flow out the vents. Have a new blower but it still has low output, is this normal? Ihave checked and the doors seem to be switching OK. Thanks Tom

When I worked for the dealer we found that the evap core would have a build up on the fins, cutting airflow.

Thanks Craig I'll see if I can look in there someway with out pulling the unit. It gets cooled, but just doesn't flow the air out the vents.

Smile Good flow from vents

Craig you hit the nail on the head, I removed the resistor block and peeked in at the evap. Sure enough dirt and pieces on old foam coated most of the evaporator, brushed and vac it clean and now have good flow again. Thanks Tom
