Default Latest Muscle car of the week

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uOtWjX9sHKA

Might be the best one yet. I think the 1970 RA IV was sold. I checked the VIN to a car I saw for sale and it checked out. I was able to see the VIN here:

https://www.rkmotors.com/vehicles/35...bird-trans-am#

The video above is where the Brothers Collection originally bought the car. Found the car at another site which I can't find right now. Will try to find it again.

Here is a picture of the bottom of my '70 and it is a Norwood car. It is original in the picture and it is still that way. Am I missing something?

Yes this is a very nice 70 RAIV Trans Am and also does have the original engine .I followed this car for a while as it is one of the better original cars out there and yes they did make mistakes on the restoration ,the red oxide on the bottom of the car (van Nuys car )and the shifter knob is not correct either but a good car non the less

Matt,

Is this car in a collection now? If so, they''re probably never gonna drive it again, so they should pull those wheel weights off. They look like crap. Are those tires correct?

It's a little bit wild that it originated as a Zone Inventory order car . [24-991]
As in - the build order wasn't placed by a retail customer or dealership.
And it was open to any dealer

Likely explains why it was built with Cali-Emission , even though subsequent selling dealer was located in Arizona - where it wasn't required.

Too bad one of the regional zones couldn't have put in for just one Ram4 Formula somewhere.

At one point during the resto they had the underside painted black -
something/someone must have called in another Change Alert

It's also possible a Cali Dealer initially did the order - and his deal went sideways mid-term. And it proceeded as Zone Inventory .
That could be the reason for Change Alert on the Invoice.

Just another scenario for the Q&A department.
Change Alert is a wide open umbrella of variances.

That Brother collection is amazing and keeps getting better. Is that possible?

......
The Buildsheet supports this scenario -
versus scenario #2

That is real un-typical for Ram4 cars in general.
Wish a whole lot more of that would have happened .
