Default 69 Dash, 69 Hideaway Headlight Covers

Would love to see 69 GTO dash reproduced ( yeah right...) Also like to see
headlight covers without chrome trim molded in, like the originals. They make the smaller one but not the larger one.

Default 67-69 firebird 400 hood scoops

Howz about 67-69 firebird 400 hood scoops that could be grafted onto/into an existing flat hood?

My flat 67 hood fits just fine, but I would like a low cost appearance upgrade that I could add on for lower cost and greatly reduced shipping than a full repop 400 hood.

Stamped steel preferable, would even consider fiberglass.

Might even be able to get these cut from factory rejects that get dented on the edges, etc.

Thanks!

Default 1969 GTO/LeMans Plastic Glove Box Door

Be nice to have a repro glove box door for the 69 dashs (70+ too), just the plastic portion with hinge that rivets to the metal back. One could drill out rivets, buy the repro piece and rivet on....then dye to match.

I'd like to see the optional stainless rear license plate frame reproduced for my 69 Firebird. I believe this part is shared by several models / years.

Default repro parts

How bout trim parts for a 66 post car. they are far and few between and i just happen to have one. biggest thing is the rear quarter belt line moldings(diff from HT) and the quarter glass chrome strip with white tab and channel it runs in mounted in the actual post. While i'm here, the upper rear quater glass run channel that runs all the way back into the quarter panel. Oh, and a rear bumper for the 66 would be nice too. Thanks for listening.

Navy Blue hobnail seat covers for the late second gen firebirds. They make a tan, red, black, and light blue already.

How about the grill outside shell (Chrome) for 1971 - 1972 GTOs. The incerts are now repoped but not the other grill pieces. WOuld also be nice to have the GTO emblem for the 71 too (you can make other year's work, but not exactly the same).

How about the metal fuel/brake line brackets that are welded to the floor pans??

The one piece floor pan does not include these and I can't find anyone that makes them.

Default Wide angle passenger side mirror 66/67

Outlined in the following thread is how to install a wide angle mirror on a 66 manual mirror housing for use on the passenger side, just like the newer cars have. After thinking about this, it shouldn't be hard for the mirror manufacturer to manufacture and install a wide angle mirror in this housing or make the wide angle mirror glass itself available cut to size for the hobbyist to install themselves.

I believe Ames supplies these mirrors for all the vendors, so maybe you can contact them about this.

Here's the thread:

How about a complete shoulder belt kit for 66 and up A bodies. It's a hard to find item, but when you do they're not in very good shape and missing some of the important parts.

I had shoulder belts in the 66 GTO I bought back in 1970. And it was a nice accessory, of which I've not seen in any 66 GTO again. At least not around here.
