Default "I am Vengeance" - 1968 GTO

Just cruising through Netflix and came across the movie "I am Vengeance". Never heard about it and what caught my eyes in the previous was a 68 GTO. I was an okay movie, one of those movies that I tell my wife, "Glad I didn't stay up until 2am watching it" kind of movie. Wasn't about the car and thankfully they didn't destroy it. Most of the car scenes where in the first 15 minutes and last 5 minutes.

A black GTO and an AR, a wonderful combination!

Well i can get uppity about a movie featuring a Black 68 GTO, but if you say the story is not worth watching, not gonna do it.

It wasn't terrible. If your into action movies, it's entertaining. If your watching it for the car, don't bother. It's only on a few brief scenes.

"Two Lane Blacktop" might very well go down in my books as the best "GTO" movie ever... even if Warren Oat's rambled on with half truth jibberish about his GTO time and again.

Warren Oates made that movie, IMO. He was great in every movie he was ever in. A very under-rated and versatile actor. James Taylor and Dennis Wilson did fine, too. That movie really depicted the griminess of driving a race car from one track to the next in the early 1970's. I agree, it's an excellent flick.

It could be an aftermarket fiberglass hood, sometimes those are "close" but can vary slightly from originals. I see it has hood pins anyway.

It looks like the 2" raised fiberglass hood that Glasstek sells.

I've never heard about that one so I had to Google it. Totally different type movies.

I happened to be on YouTube and this popped up. It's the GTO from the movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYEJQr99pMY
