I just recently found this Forum. I Sold my 74 Grand AM about 5 years ago due to financial needs. Have regretted it everyday. I was a member of A body site and GrandAM Registry both which are long gone, I am glad I found this site since I am looking for another grand am.

Welcome from Indianapolis. Try www.adhuntr.com. It is a nationwide craigslist search engine. It's how I found my '64 Tempest from central California.

I saw one posted on here from a craigslist ad. Its in Oglive MN. to far from me (NY) to go see. Anyone close to there?? I called the owner and got vin. That checked out but he said he couldnt find the cowl tag. It would be nice if i could get someone to physically check it.

If that engine has had many miles on it with those valve covers, and NO Pcv system, I’d want a looksee under the valve covers, looking for sludge. Might be able to see through oil cap. No pcv can ruin an engine

Isn't PCV in the valley cover? And the "inlets" on the valve covers?
