Default 1970 gto judge

I’m currently in the process of restoring my late father’s 1970 gto judge. I have the body off the frame doing the body mounts. I’d like to restore it to the most original I can. There is currently a Rochester quad jet carb on it. Where would I find the number on it? What carb should I put on it with the proper intake to be able to put the ram air back on?

Looks like you have an aluminum Edelbrock dual plane intake.
It should work okay if that's what you want to use.
If you want to buy a 1970 cast iron intake like factory , John supplied the casting number.
They also have date codes cast in them next to thermostat.
If you have a choice , you would want to select a date code that predates the car build by a short margin.

Your carb looks to be a side inlet Chevy.
Pontiac , Olds, Buick fuel line comes straight out front.
Not sure that fuel line arrangement will work with the RA pan.
but maybe it will

The factory correct numbered carbs are extra expensive now , and not required.

Here's a link to a very original / correct 70 Judge with some pictures , that just sold.
